Employment Attorney - Hybrid Opportunity
We are hiring an employment law attorney with one to two years of experience. The minimum billable requirement ranges from 1,700 to 1,800 annual billable hours and the contribution hour requirement ranges from 360 to 480 hours depending on experience and base comp. You will be eligible for profit-sharing bonuses, and total comp for this position will range from $110,000 to $120,000. In essence, we are looking to acquire high-caliber employment law attorneys who are willing to work in a creative and collaborative environment where they can grow, innovate, and build a practice without the crushing demands of traditional law firm billable hours, the antiquated business model, and the stuffy atmosphere.

Employment Experience is a Must
You must have one to two years of experience practicing employment law, litigating employment cases, and advising clients on employment law. Wage and hour experience is a plus. We’re looking for the best in the region to seize an opportunity that matches great talent and solid experience.
